401-583-4565 called my cell phone. 12 seconds of dead air....I'm in Colorado. Bad news for them if they call again
Just received a call from this number on my cell phone at 2:15 pm. I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. No message was left. As these scammers change their numbers ALL THE TIME, I don't even file a complaint on the "Do not all" registry. I just let them comtinue to call AND laugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Did not answer this call from an unknown source. Caller ID said RI. Left voicemail, a recorded message about reducing credit card rates. Added to block list.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.
