We do NOT want to receive another call from Walgreens. We have taken our name off the automatic refill list and now we get a call from 402-220-1100/

Yes, it IS Walgreens. It comes from a call center (not your local Walgreens) to remind you of a prescription to be refilled. If you have no dealings with Walgreens and got a call, then you phone number is probably very similar to someone who does and the number was entered improperly (in other words, "wrong number"). Relax folks. It's not the government trying to get you to divulge personal information.... They've already got all that from your smart phone :)

Well first you need to spell check before you post anything. If you are a worrier, then I say quit worrying!!!

I received a refill reminder call from Walgreens 6/23/2015 @ 3:08 PM. The phone number listed on my caller ID was 402.220.1100. My area code is 608. I checked with Walgreens and they told me I will see this phone number along with a reminder I have a refill that is due. You'll get this reminder only if you have automatic refill. However, some of their techs don't seem to know this happens. Walgreens needs to improve their communications!

You're right it's a scam. If it was Walgreens, they would have left a message. They call and hang up. We don't have any pending refills either. It's one of Click4Support's a/k/a Technohub telephone scams besides stating they're Microsoft, Apple, HP etc. The people who are stating it's Walgreens, are the scammers because they read these posts.

It's a scam. I have gotten calls from multiple states claiming to be Wallgreens and have prescriptions ready for me. I don't use Wallgreens or have any prescriptions, anywhere. I don't pick up but they leave messages to no avail. I just block the numbers and they try again from another state. No legitimate service would remind you in this manner.

You're nuts and you're from that scam company. It is not Walgreens moron.

This is not Walgreen's. Whoever is using the number has called my mother at least 4 times in the last 3 days. We have checked with Walgreen's twice and there is no prescription refill or otherwise for her. She does not use autorefill. I have called the number back and it is not Walgreens.
