HOW TO GET WALGREENS TO STOP CALLING IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT or IF YOU HAVE EVER HAD AN ACCOUNT. If you DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT and are getting calls, THIS WON'T HELP YOU:1. Go to Walgreens.com2. In the upper right, click on "Your Account" or "Sign In."3. Log in with your username, which is probably your email address, and your password.4. On the next screen there are five tabs under your name. If you hover over "Personal Settings," a drop-down list will appear. Click on "Communication Preferences."5. On the next screen, you will see "Text Message Alerts" and "Phone Call Alerts." Click on "No" for either or both.6. Click the blue button that says "Save Changes." If you don't click the blue button that says "Save Changes," your changes won't be saved.Remember: THIS WON'T WORK IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT. In that case, you're on your own. The employees at your local Walgreens probably don't know anything about this. This is corporate, and we all know corporate doesn't communicate with employees.
