Well all they asked if for my birthday and anyone worth their salt can get that without scamming me.If they are scammers and not Walgreens I hope they send me a birthday card. Got me

Oh and I forgot to mention that our local Walgreen's say that the system is not very good as I will pick up the prescriptions and still get the call a few days later as a reminder.

This number called twice yesterday. Caller I.D. said "Walgreen's Refil", first call left no message. Second call left recorded message ,. Got another call from an 800 number where message was left stating it was about a refil and to call that 800 number WITHIN THE NEXT 24 hours. I have one Rx, USUALLY my local Walgreen, where I have that Rx, has an automated message that calls showing a local phone number, regarding refil's. I call that number back and am able to key in a response on whether I want the Rx refilled at that time or not. If I don't need it to be refilled, the recording states they will wait for me to contact them when I am ready for refil.I'll be calling my local Walgreen today to inquire about this other number and issue. If I have a prescription, I don't want them to call me and tell me when I NEED it, it isn't something I use everyday, so I DO make the determination of when I need a refil.

It is NOT a scam. I have had refills filled many times using this number.

Got the call this morning. I didn't pick up because it's an unfamiliar number. Didn't leave a message. This is interesting. I get monthly reminder calls from my local Walgreens via a local number. I'll have to pick up and see what they have to say if the number calls again.

This number 402-220-1100 called me twice today...both times it was just a recording telling me to click a number and I hung up both times. I immediately called my local store and they told me I did not have any prescriptions ready it was not them calling. They said I did the right thing hanging up. After receiving the second call, I called my store again and spoke to a different pharmacist and he told me this happened to another client not long ago and told me to just block the number so it could not call me back. The calls were coming from Omaha, NE...I would just like to know how they got my private number and name. Wish people would get a real life and leave others alone. So sad the world is co corrupt. If you do not know the caller or do know the number or city they are calling from it is probably a scam. Hang up! Be safe!

Received a call from this number, which I did not recognize. Googled the number and found this page. I called the # back and found I do have a refill due from WALGREENS! They ask for my birthdate, exactly as the folks at the store do to verify it is me before giving any specific info on my script.

YOU are the moron. I have signed up with Walgreens and my cell phone to get reminders of upcoming refills.
