I could change my message to say "Welcome to Walgreens" I guess this would make me a corporation, and not who I am??? I would error on the caution side. Got called, did not give them info - I am not taking ANY medications!!!! I have no prescriptions! None - nothing. I called my local Walgreens and guess what I have nothing - no prescriptions. This is why I approached with caution. I don't think calling the number back makes it legitimate. It could be that Walgreens farmed out the service, and we all know how well that works! With the current medical industries that have been hacked, best to be somewhat suspicious!

If you actually get the call, it asks identification verification questions for your protection.Depending on the state you live in - and phone company you have - it will say on the Caller ID - Nebraska, as per the location of the originating call or your area, for your Walgreens location.Quit being so paranoid and if you don't like it, you can opt out of the calls !
Hey "Howdy 1". You are paranoid!!! This IS Walgreens! They call me EVERY month for my prescription refill.If you took this number to Walgreens and they don't know about it, then they are new. But I'm betting that you didn't take this number to anyone, especially the FBI. They have better things to do than ease the mind of an annoying little coward who doesn't want to answer his phone. You are just a whining little butt head!
too funny. i missed the call but i JUST started getting a scripty, literally my first refill is due and they called but i missed it. im not promising its walgreens, but thats where i got my script from. btw, if you got the call on your cell, is it a new number that still could be listed as the last owners still.... 99% this is walgreens.... people. come on. if your worried, refill your own script...
