Received a call from 402-491-2800. Caller id said 'CONVERGYS CORPO'. The caller said they were conducting a short survey based on a recent eye exam. From the format of the 5 or so questions, it became clear that the company that provides my vision care insurance has contracted with Convergys to conduct this satisfaction survey.

Getting phone calls from this number.We are listed on the Do Not Call list.Please STOP these unwanted phone call.Thank you

It's 9:00pm and just got a call from this number but did not answer it on my cell phone as it is unknown to me. Out of curiosity, I googled the number and came across all these great postings with an insight to the source of the number. This convinced me to register all my phone numbers with the "National Do Not Call Registry". I encourage you to do the same.

Received a hang up call from 402-491-2800 with a caller ID of Convergy's Corp. Left no message. I GOOGLED the company and find that it is a management consulting company. I am on the NO CALL LIST. I am going to report this number to the proper authorities.

Recently refinanced with citibank, was told they were going to conduct a survey- this is probably it, i never pick up but the timing looks right.

I called my insurance service number to verify my coverage before an upcoming appointment. My insurance is through cigna which has come up quite a bit in these posts.So as EG is saying they are a survey company working for whatever company you called.All you have to do is think about what company you called, weather it was insurance or some other service provider, then you will have the answer for why this company is calling you.

Just got a call from the number and reverse searched it on google hoping to find out who it was. How strange that this entire site is devoted to this phone number!

calls every night around 8:00 or later the past 2 wks. I do not pick up because it is an unknown number to me, but it is annoying.

CALL CAME AT 3 PM ON SATURDAY JULY 27. RANG 3 TIMES AND THEN A DISCONNECT- I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST FOR ABOUT 4-5 YEARS

Wondering if the callers get paid per survey. They have even called me at 8:30 at night!!!!!!!! Surveryors, but Stalkers!
