I think this is the 2nd or 3rd time I got a call from 402-491-2800. I made the mistake of picking up the first time. But now I know better. The phone companies should look into matter like these.

This number has called my home phone several times - but I do not answer. No messages left. When I checked it appears to belong to Convergys Corp??????

Thank you for your response Ed. You are actually the only one who may have taken the call and have a reliable response for those who ask "who is 404-491-2800". All the others are just complaining. Next time I can take a minute to take this call since Cigna handles our healthcare.To all who will read this , keep in mind people in market research are doing a job. So have soon compassion, you can always say no thank you, I do not have time, or can we set up a more convenient time for you to call me. With the convenience of cordless phones, which most households have, a call from someone to get a few answers for a survey should not interfere with day to day activity. And to cell phone users you may have given your number to the company reqesting the survey. And finally to this and all "market researcher" it would be helpful if the caller identity that most phones have could show the company your doing research for. I'm sure your local phone company has the ability to adjust this with each new survey you conduct. Just a thought.So in conclusion what I am trying to relay to all is "Give some of your time on the phone to answer a few questions, this may help that now so common customer no-service we all seem to complain about". Thank you for the time you have just taken to read my rant.

(402) 491-2800 Called at 9 pm. I am on do not call list. Come one 9 at night! did not answer this time, and they did not leave a message. Don't these people have something better to do> Uughh..

Jim,Bad advice plus marketing sign-off - that's classy.You have no expectation of privacy on your telephone. Certain companies cannot call you IF you are on the Do Not Call registry, but many companies can legally call you. Most companies that can legally call you, unless you owe someone a debt, will stop calling you if you ask. Their callers make a commission and they don't want to spend their time calling people who don't want to answer their survey, donate to a charity, etc.Instead of just complaining here, go look things up for yourselves. You will have less stress and so will others.

SO I got a call from that number too and I looked on the internet to see where it was from and I found this page and then I was reading that It is a survey from insurance or whatever from Cigna well thats who I have and Yesterday I had to call them so It seriously might just be a survey on their service or something..

This number is from a company that helps other companies with surveys and customer service. The yare a very legitimate company. they have a website and are also in the stock market. So whether its cigna, altel, or any hundreds of their customers. They are a very legitimate company.

This number has called me 5 times. I have filed a complaint with donotcall.gov 5 times, also. This seems to happen everytime we order pizza from Pizza Hut.
