Just called at 9:35 at night. I didn't get to the phone in time and didn't recognize the number so I searched first and found this website. Will not be answering them anytime soon.
I got a call from these people too, if you dial *80 it will tell you to enter the numbers you want to reject then hit the number sign. You can enter any numbers you want to refuse so these people can't keep disturbing you.
Just got a call from these idiots. No message, I don't pick up if I don't know the name or number - love caller ID. Anyhow, my outgoing message is to never call again unless I know you. We'll see if they are smart enuf to figure it out. I doubt it! I will call cigna in the AM and tell them not to have these fools call me again if indeed they work for cigna.
I received a call tonight - it was from Convergy Corp asking for a survey about a call I made to 800-ASK-USPS. It took a few minutes, but I hope USPS is able to do even better business with the feedback I gave - I would've preferred an email survey, but think businesses could do better if more people gave honest feedback instead of demanding not to be bothered by surveys. Just my opinion. No offense.
