I got a call from this number at 8:40pm local time. I think this is too late for survey people to be calling (but maybe I'm just old fashioned). I don't answer numbers I don't recognize and they didn't leave a VM.

Just called back the number. You can leave a message to take your number off the call list, which I have just done. They are a marketing survey company, not selling anything, just wanting information about certain products/services. Hopefully the calls stop now!
