I believe Convergys called due to me having a call into my insurance company (Anthem/Blue Cross) on the Thursday prior to the call on a Saturday afternoon. I'm going to light them up if they call again, not to mention I'm calling Anthem today & giving them 867-5309 as my contact number. They've never had a reason to call me in 6 years, why now?

The reason they call is to find out if your home ,then they know not to rob your house that day.So answer the phone.

I received a call on my home phone from this #. A man with an english accent said it was Bank of America and asked for my husband. It sounded fishy to me so I told him my husband would call B of A himself.

This company is abusing the privilege of telephone calls. I will simply save this number as a DNA - Do not answer number in my phone book on the cell phone.

I live in Wisconsin. On state insurance, have cellular one, and am on the do not call list. This research doesn't have anything to do with me. Why would I call them and tell them to call me?

Received this call at 9:43PM EST on my cell phone. Didn't pick up, no message. I am from MA.

With these types of callsI usually just pick the phone up and start pressing buttons. After a few times of this the calls usually drop off.

I got a call from these **** wads the other night, the [***]**** had a rough idea of what my name is the # is from Omaha Nebraska (the cornholer state) and the carrier is Qwest
