Actually, the opposite is true. If you answer, that verifies that your phone number is valid and then they will sell the number to twenty more yahoos and then your phone will ring night and day.
SCAMMERS. Anyone who fails to disclose or misrepresents who they are and who they truly represent are LIARS! Should I believe them now or before when they lied to me by displaying a "Spoof Caller ID" numbers and calling party name. My Uncle in DC has been alerted. Agents will be sent to visit them.

So, your family never paid for the place you lived in, you never had electricity, water, cable etc. No medical bills? It must be nice. All these and other things get reported to credit agencies. It isn't just credit cards bills.
