It shows... that the vast majority do not read what they sign/sign-up for, or if they do read, dont understand. It also shows a system of loopholes (I don't want to be bothered by unwanted calls. There is a DNC list. It "should" solve the problem, but clearly it doesn't well enough.) that seem to allude the average person, rather than one of complete, and simplistic, transparency in a way people will be satisfied with, and understand.

Not sure wat they wanted but told me that they were from pnc bank which is my bank and were calling to do a survey. I just hung up on them. After seeing these comments looks like a major scam. Prolly to try to get my debit card info

They could be valid, but if they are common sense should tell them not to ask personal questions about my daughter's first bank account. I don;t care what comes up on the ID or what recording you get. All that can be forged and has been in other cases many times. These phishing freaks are clever and know how to trick you with many things you have no idea they could do. Nothing is basically proof it is legitimate. they really can fake all of it and a recording is the easiest. People play it safe. Do not answer it or tell nothing to strangers saying they are whom ever they claim to be.

you say you are calling in regards to finding out about our service that we received and yet I don't do any business with Wells Fargo or with Gallup in Omaha Nebraska so why would I be receiving phone calls from your company I'm reporting it I report every one that I get that I have no no business with

If it is truly Gallup Polls - then there is nothing you can do other than ask them to remove your name from their call-list - database. The Do Not Call registry and rules do not apply to public opinion pollsters and political organizations who do polling. Just a fact of life. Source: I owned and ran my own marketing / opinion-poll call center for 23 years.

Received call form 402-952-4444 - caller id stated GALLUP - I have no idea what this is about, but I really wish this would stop - I am registered with the "do not call" and I have "selective call block" on my phone, but I can't block this number - this is so stupid - these people really need to get a life.

Just received this call from Omaha,NE. I didn't answer it as I don't know any one out there.My phone number is unlisted and is on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY LIST!!

I keep these annoying calls from this number and they never answer or leave a message, this crap has got to stop
