Same deal, call came through on my cell phone as I was sitting in the border lineup(on the US side, so I didn't answer it). Looked up the # on the computer, and here I am. Adding it to my list of scam numbers......
Just got a call from this number at 1:38 PM in Vancouver, BC. The system reported a voice mail, but there was no message left.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.
