Got it yesterday and didn't pick up the phone.They left empty voice message in my voicemail.Today got it again. Didn't pick up. No message left.

In Kitchener, Ontario - got me too - same phone number and same MO...What a waste of someone's time...
I live in Vancouver BC, and I missed a call from that number at 11:55am today. No message left. I'm with Telus, not Rogers.

get calls EVERYDAY. after blocking the number, they leave a silent voice mail.
When you answer the phone they hang up. They are trying to see if the number is actually associated with a person or not. Most likely they will clone the number.
This number called the other day didnt answer as I didnt recognize the number. Turns out my hunch was right another spam caller. It's the only calls I get nowadays
