Vancouver; I got the 403 call at 12:59pm, one ring no vm. Im with Bell so I dont believe they are carrier specific. There is no record of this number nor can you call it back so dont even try.

yeah i got the same call from 1-403-201-9988 bu luckily i missed it and i thought it was just a miss dialed #and i looked up the # on my iphone cuz i have an app "Who Called" and i just checked again and its an automated "you have won" phone scam from W R Mains somtething something in calgary, alberta so be careful!!!!

I'm living in Edmonton, Alberta... But I have a Brandon, Manitoba phone number.I got a call from this number about half an hour ago... I got this phone call too from 1-403-201-9988. I returned the call from my landline but the number was busy..tried again and it was busy again. Tried to call back from my cell but the number was not assigned. I think this was a scam!!!These ppl have nothing to do with their lives!!!
I'm from Ontario and just missed that call. It is a scam for sure by the sounds of the posts below. Rogers is probably the number one provider so they chose to say Rogers to recieve the highest response. It will no doubt request credit information.
