Also got a call from this number today. Tried to call it back to see what they said. There is a recording saying it isn't in service. Which means they are either forwarding incoming calls, or using a bogus call display number. Not a bell customer either. Maybe bell should start to look into these complaints, seen as how it is one of their numbers?!?
Got a call too... at my work #. It went to voicemail and all it said was, "To accept, press 1." ... glad I missed the call!
I got a call from this number just now, and there was some text-to-speech message that said that I would receive a special gift if I press 1, because I am a valued customer (or something along these lines).

I recieved a call from this phone number saying I won 100,000 air miles. I knew it was scam and was in the mood to humour myself and listen to what they had to say. It was Louis from "Cancuun Calling" offering a deal to Cancuun Mexico and Orlando for dirt cheap. I told them I only wanted my points. Whenever I get these calls and they want to confirm my phone number, I keep the phone number of our local Better Business Bureau handy in case they want to confirm my number and I give them that. Anyway, never never give you credit card out to anyone you don't trust completely.
Got a call on my work desk number, (780) area code. It's a VOIP phone also.No message, didn't answer.
same as abovemissed the call...no voicemaili called back 3hrs later...operator said the number is not in service
I too reside in AB403-939-8080 rcv'd a call, no voicemail. I called it back from a locked untraceable line - I am sick of cold calling and SCAM calls! SO it tells me the "NUMBER is not in service" So It is NOT LEGIT - this is a scam. Another number to add to my phone contacts, programmed to direct to voicemail as soon as call comes in.Cheers

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
