These ppl call all the time.....I never answer the phone, but then again, they never leave a message....must not b very important....it has got to stop

They are calling your number because they think you owe them a debt. In my case it was somebody elses number before i got it. There is a network out there to collect debts any way they can. They will call from Georgia, New York, Texas, Tennessee all looking for the same damn family. NICODY family: Ruben Nicody, Corrine Nicody, and Casey Nicody, bless her heart. she owes a mobile phone bill.

Never speak with these idiots....just a waste of time talking with their hi turnover help. What a worthless job to have!!!!We get calls from these nut cases all the time. We owe nothing, and have good credit. That just shows that they have no actual paperwork or they would not be calling us. They likely buy hundreds of write-off old debts and hope that some will pay off. No person is going to talk with these nitwits and give them any information. Do what we did and get a call blocking device...works great and shuts these clowns down on the first ring. There are several good ones on the market. Do a search on the web and check them out. Well worth having to block stupid fools like portfolio as well as other telemarketing types etc...etc...You can file with the FTC but not sure how long it takes for the Feds to follow up on a complaint. You would think that some folks might have a friend in the legal areas or lawyer that would like to take on these jerks and give them something to deal with.

My attorney sent "Do not Call" letters to their corporate office and these morons, "Portfolio Recovery A-Holes", still refuses to comply!

LOL!! Like the idea of boat horn! On bad days, I will scream in there ear. My ex used to have a real good trick - since they called all the time, it was pretty predictable when they would call, so he kept his 45 handy and when they called, he took the phone outside and answered it and when the person was on the line - he would shoot the 45 off right next to the speaker on the phone! LOL That got them off the line real fast!! lol lol Wonder if they could hear very well after that?!

call at all hours of the day and night and use several different phone numbers, but caller ID shows it is same company. never leave a message.

Anyone know how to get these idiots to stop calling? I owe them nothing but can't get them to stop calling 3-4 times a day (and usually from different phone numbers). Besides changing my number, how do I get the calls to stop?? Any suggestions are very appreciated!

They called me asking for someone named Natalie Brown. The lady was very rude too! I just laughed!

These people called to speak with my bf. I was asked if I was his wife or sister. I said neither, they then asked for his cell phone and work number. I refused to give either. My bf called them back as they were looking for someone else. The person on the other end of the line LIED to my bf and said I confirmed his social security number and birth date. This was BS because they had the wrong guy to begin with.
