Wow. Search the web for a number and this is what I find? I just got a call from them again. I was just hired in and took over a position from a friend of mine. I was provided a company cell which was my friend's while he was working here. They have called and left five or six messages in the past week looking for him. I have not used the cell phone much until the last two days. When it rang (about 25 min ago) I did not recognize the number and searched on it. I now see a lot of people are in the same boat. I'm just not going to answer. But I think Porto has a cool idea. Throw a party and have fun with fart noises!! Love it.

Called and left no message. Just another number added to my anti-spam list. If you have a smart phone, I recommend getting anti-spam software. Now, I never have to worry about this number (or any other spam numbers again) - best of all my BB softwared was free.

I answered and when they asked for me I told them that they had the wrong number

collections agencies are now giving out the contact numbers they have for people and sending bogus calls like this one from this number. Once debt is paid the calls will stop for awhile. I can't seem to get the to stop completely. Portfolio Recovery is the biggest offender as they were the only people I had a debt with.

They are calling me from all different numbers but this one popped up today. They dont say anything when I answer just set there on the phone and then hang up. I do have a debt of 50 dollars with portfolio company and as soon as i can get paid they will have their money. What I dont understand is why do you call me 50 thousand times a day and dont say anything These people are ignorant. I blocked them from calling me just as I have every other number they call from but I know they will call from a different one soon. How stupid are these people? I guess they are making easy money bugging the crao outta everyone.

These jerks are trying to collect a debt that is in dispute with TRANS UNION.. I actually spoke with a woman at Portfolio Recovery and told her that Trans Union is investigating and she say well just pay it now and if its in error we will refund your money.. YEAH RIGHT! SCAMMERS..

PFR~ They ARE a bunch of A holes that have very poor communication skills nor any telephone edict. When will some one hack their site and mess up their network? File a class action law suit? With all of the numbers that they call from they have got to be bothering a lot of people... When is some one gonna get fed up enough to actually do something against them? I'M IN!
