Got the same call on my cell # which I never give out. Must be a random call. I have zero credit card debt--they couldn't lower it if they wanted to. Pushed 1 to speak to an agent and ask to be removed. As soon as I said "I'm requesting that..." the clown started a nonstop rap about being a request radio station and I was caller number..... He went on and on hoping I'd hang up--I didn't and when he took a breath and I jumped in, he hung up. I expect they'll call back.

This is a known - and very annoying scam. They sometimes ask for Social Security Numbers and Credit Card Account Numbers. I get calls at home and now on my cell phone. It's amazing that nobody is able to shut them down - it's definitely a criminal organization. They've also called me from 949-527-1674

This was an automated message that told me to press "1" if I wanted to lower my Credit Card APR to 6.1%. Who wouldn't want to lower their rates? But the fact that it wasn't a live person and the recorded message didn't mention any specific CC companies that I have card with, I knew something was up and I hung up.

Same as above - pressed 1 just to tell someone to take me off their list or F%^* off. Of course it rang for a minute and then disconnected. They slime balls are like roaches - knock one down, five more pop up.

THERE WAS NO MESSAGE LEFT BUT I WAS CURIOUS AS TO WHO CALLED ME FROM THIS NUMBER....I HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS MESSAGES ABOUT LOWERING MY CREDIT CARD RATES THOUGH....DEFINITELY NOT INTERESTED....... D3

was called yesterday 13th Feb in the early morning - here is what i do and before they even know it -my method is i "answer" the call and Then immediately disconnect it - my clock on the phone does not even register a second of time - this seems to be effective and then i will come here to "see" how many others have this issue - www via google etc....keep up the good fight all....

Rachel from Cardholder Services has contacted me NUMEROUS times with unwanted offers and seems like a phishing scam.

they are scammers wantting to consolidate and lower your credit cards. I told the guy the best thing to do is but the phone up your butt and blow cause your blowing alot of crap to me. idiots

Received a call from 407 702 0538 missed the call and they left no voice mail so too bad for them. Did not call them back, was not curious to find out who it is

I have been on the DNC list for years. I have asked them to take me off their list. I have reported this and several other number several times. I have alerted the FTC, the Attorney General, and anyone else who will listen. At this point, I check my caller ID and if it is from a number I don't know, I just ignore it. Eventually they will get bored. If not, I bought a referee whistle. If they don't hear me tell them to stop calling, I will make sure they don't hear ANYTHING.....tweet...tweet.
