If it's the same person that keeps calling me, "Rachel from card services", then you don't even have to be on the DNC list to report them.
I read your post and felt I should comment. If you go to the FBI's website they did have a link on it to report fraud. I would email them all the info you have discovered and let them look into it.
It is 9:35 pm and this number just called my cell phone. I pressed 1 because I am sick of these calls and when the woman answered I began questioning her and she hung up on me. I am on the DNC list and it is useless. I called the number back and it isn't a working number!!!!!!WHY can't the phone companies do something about these numbers!!! Why can't the govt do something about this nonsense!!!Woke me up and I am pretty ticked off right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got another call from the company and I'm so sick of receiving these calls that I finally filed a complaint report with the FCC. So hopefully they will stop calling and we can all get some relief from the harassing robocalls
I just recieved this call (1/12/2012-1:15pm)It started as a recorded last chanse call to reduce my credit card interest.I stayed on the line just to try to speak to a live person.The phone attendent gave a name of Tony and ask if I wanted to reduce my credit card interest rate.The momument I started to tell him I get my last chance final call each and every week he hung up on me.
Got a call from 407-702-0538. I have heard the SAME recording from tons of different phone numbers "hi this is rachel from card holder services" Pressed 1 for a representative and started to explain that I've been very polite in asking to be removed from their list, and the wise-[***] hung up on me. How can we get these people back???!

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
scam debt collector calling, asks to call a diff number, ignore
