That's exactly what happened to me! DNC must be selling or giving the numbers away. Dammit, I'm screwed!
Just got a call. I missed answering but according to the posts I should be grateful. They did not leave a message. I called the number back and they said they were not accepting calls at this time. Funny how that works, huh?
I received a phone call from this number today. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message but when I called back there was only an automated message. I replied with a text asking them to stop contacting me. The message must have been delivered because I didn't get a message back saying it was a landline.
I may have also insinuated that I would find, restrain, and have them arrested for stalking and harassment. :p
Just got a call from this number, had to listen to the message, thought it said press one to get off the call list. Pressed 1, it started ringing and someone asked if I needed help lowering my interest rates. I asked "How can I get off the call list" very kindly. His reply was, "By hanging up [***]" Very Classy....

Got the same thing DM1 reported. So, I just blocked the number and reported it to my phone carrier.
