Called - didn't answer because I don't know anyone at that number. From the other reports, sounds like clothing pickup for the Red Cross. We do not accept any calls from people who call us from unknown numbers and/or names
Another company who thinks it Ok to call and harass whoever they feel like. Anyone who donates to this company is hurting us all. They are legit and associated with the Red Cross but are going on my blocked list as a spammer.
Rec'd yet another call from this #; caller ID said MERCHANDISE PIC. Did not leave a message as usual. TIRED of these calls! & I do not live near Orlando, where this call originated!
I hate these people. They call almost daily and at all hours of the day. Red Cross you say? SHAME ON THE RED CROSS. After all the crap they've been accused of and mismanagement, I have no desire to support them in anything. The one good thing is I'm motivated to support my local charities just to snub the Red Cross.
They call many times/week and at all hours of the day - before 9AM and as late as 9PM. They never leave a message. Calling back gets you to "Charity Clothing Pick up." I called back and cussed them out with the most vulgar things I could think of. I tried calling again and each time I do, I get a busy signal. Perhaps they've blocked my number from their system!! :-D
WHY do these people call me all across the state for clothing pick up? We give locally & we NEVER give to anyone who calls like this, constantly and even after we have politely asked them to take us off their list. So BUG OFF, people!!!!!!!!
They called me tonight at 8:25PM. They keep calling again and again, but I never pick up the phone.
I GET PHONE CALLS FROM THIS PHONE # SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK, THE CALLS ARE ANNOYING AND INTERFERING WITH MY DAILY LIFE. I DO NOT WANT THEM TO CONTINUE CALLING.
This organization calls almost daily and all hours. They collect donations to auction to thrift stores supposedly to benefit Paralyzed Veterans of America and American Red Cross. How much goes to these organizations is anybody's guess as I assume these folks don't do this gratis. The veterans group has an F rating for veterans charaties. Check Clark Howard's website and Charitywatch.gov.
