Credit card interest rate reduction solicitation robo-call. When I was connected to an operator, I requested to be removed from the list and they hung up on me in mid-sentence.

Received a call from 412-425-2734 . Said something about my computer.

So sick of these calls, they all say the same thing, call from different numbers, and use the same recording!!

Something has to be done. I've been getting calls from 412-425-2734 and from other fake phone numbers daily. If the law won't stop these calls, I will just give up my home phone.

Remember how the Internet was brimming with spam? Until our providers gave us the ability .to mark certain ISPs as spam? Now all that junk is diverted into my spam box. So, how come phone companies dont give us the same right? I know we can all mark a few numbers as spam, but giving us freer reign to flag them all would greatly reduce this weight on our privacy, our safety,( there are those I/10000 who give them credit card info,) and phone company useless traffic.

They did the same thing to me today. I reported them to the Federal Communications Commission.

This was a robocall from a "credit card" company trying to reduce my interest rate. When I pressed "one" and told them to remove me from their list after they called me TWICE today, the woman hung up on me mid-sentence. The number came up both times as 412-425-2734.

I am on a Do Not Call list. This was a call from a Credit Card Services company to reduce my interest. I pressed 1 to connect to a person, told her to remove my number from the list, and she cut me off.

I called the number - mail box full! ... research shows 412 is Pittsburgh - Beaver Falls - Kittanning and I'll bet a few more in Western Pennsylvania. CAREful!

Nothing at all to do with Pennsylvania. The card service scammers use all spoofed (false) numbers to avoid being located and prosecuted!
