Well, if they are representing the bunch of charities listed in one of the comments, I suppose they think they can call me. However, I didn't answer, and they didn't wait for my answering machine -- and I would have donated LESS to any charity that they were representing.

It's a robot call checking to see if it reaches a 'live' number. If you or an answering machine answer the robot then knows it found a 'live' number and it then sends that information out to hundreds more scammers lists. Get OFF the FCC DNC list and the calls will eventually stop IF you QUIT ANSWERING YOUR PHONE without knowing who's calling. Just let it ring and ring and this will indicate to the 'bot it's not a live number.

Left no message, but here is my message to the morons and losers who set up these robotic calls. Your call is now blocked with my call-blocking Panasonic phone. And guess what àѕѕηθļєs? No ring when you call back! We will eventually win. Just imagine if 300 of you creeps called 100 numbers each and nobody answered? Assuming no duplicated numbers, that’s 30,000 phones that are not answered! (I know you can’t do the simple math.) So why don’t you go back to school and finish your 4th-grade education? Then, get a real job. We are a sick society if we keep on accepting these insulting intrusions.

Whoever this is calls at least once every day. They never leave a message. What a nuisance!

Public Interest Communications is the name of the company and they say to be removed from their database you need to leave your phone number in their voicemail, but it's always full and the option they give for their overflow mailbox, 20#, also doesn't take messages. After hitting # and random numbers for a bit, I finally was able to leave a message. We'll see if they remove my number.

Your bad...now use your caller ID and quit answering unknown callers!!!!

I get calls daily from this number, no message left. Annoying as hell.
