This number continues to show up on the caller ID as Public Interest. My phone blocking security software catches this number and does it job. Unwanted calls started hust before election.
Received 2 cals so far. Called them back...Voicemail answered and provided the following details: Caller: "Public Interest Communications... Keeping Donors connected with their causes".Which to me, translates into: "GREEN PEACE"You can leave a request to be removed from their list. ONLY leave your phone number along with the area code/ No other information is needed. If their main mailbox is full, you can use their overflow box by dialing: *8 then 20#If that other mailbox doesn't answer, simply pick up the next time you receive a call from them and immediately say "please remove this number from your list" And read off your phone number.
Now that the holiday is done the calls are starting again. My caller ID said "Name Unknown" and I never answer those but they're so annoying when you're in the middle of something. Would love it if someone could get these calls to stop!
Just got a call from this no. - didn't answer. Seeing previous posts they've been calling for a few years. Previous posts about searching Kindle leads me to believe I got the call because I ordered online from Barnes Noble but have a BN membership card too. Probably doing a survey.
