I keep getting mutiple numbers including this one that call my cell and home numbers both an when I answer no one talks an if I miss the call I get hang up voicemail every time
You are all fools. DON'T ever give any of these callers ANY information. If you think it could be Kohl's, THEN CALL THE NUMBER on your Kohl's card and ask them what the problem is. DON"T trust any jagass that calls you and wants ANY INFO. YOU call THEM. AND NOT THE NUMBER ON YOUR CALLER ID, it could be faked or spoofed.CALL THE NUMBER ON YOUR STATEMENT OR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD !!!!
Unfortunately, until they receive the cease and desist from the bankruptcy attorney and courts, they will continue to call. However; once the bankruptcy is filed and all creditors have been informed, if the lawyer has the certified receipt back and they call, then they could be responsible for removing the debt and paying you the amount back as a penalty for collections after notification of bankruptcy.
I get several phone calls every day from this number, but no message is left. They may be trying to reach the person who had my phone number previously, as I get a lot of calls for someone named "Gabriella" from other financial institutions. I don't know how to let this company know that this number no longer belongs to that person.
I called them back, it was Kohls. They asked why I hadn't paid in four months and when I told them they knocked the interest and penalties off. So I paid the card off. Easiest people I've dealt with!
It is not Kohls -- I called the fraud department and they have no idea who this is
Once more, just some criminals going "phishing" for info they can use to scam you. I called Kohl's customer service and spoke to a representative from Kohl's and they said they have no phone number like this at their company and they did not call, and that the only time they would ask for any numbers, it would be if you called them, and then it would be the last 4 digits of the account number so they could pull up your file, and AGAIN, ONLY if you called THEM, and had an account with them.........
I am stunned that you are blaming A business for your failure to follow through. If you knew you owed a bill YOU could have looked online. You knew your address was a issue. You should have sorted it out by checking with the post office. You are the one to blame here not the store. The fees are your own fault. Stop looking for a scapegoat.Looks like you were hoping they wouldn't catch up to you so thinking you would get away with not paying. Now your pissed because you have to finally pay up. It is called stealing if you don't. They only one who needs to get their act together is you!
