This company says if you answer their survey you will win a trip to the Bahamas. Oh yeah, said the spider to the fly. It is a scam big time. Their number is now blocked on my phone. Call all you want you ain't getting anywhere. Ha, Ha.

I work at RBC, and yes, I confirm that Market Probe does call on its (and other corporate clients that they have) behalf to do the customer satisfaction survey. The respondents are randomly selected from the number of the clients who have had recently received personal service from the bank (opened accounts, got loans, discussed mortgage pre-approvals etc.), and their responses (or refusals to respond) actually may affect the pay of the bank staff who provided the service. If you don't want to be contacted, just let the banking advisor know that at the end of the meeting that you do not want to receive any calls etc. As far as I know the information Market Probe collects from you is secure; they only want to make sure that you did receive the service the advisor reported in the system, and whether you were satisfied with it or something needs to be improved.

They will give you a 1-800 fraudline number to call. I did and was on hold for more than 1/2 hour then hung up, Good luck with getting any help from them.

I also got phone calls from this number many times. I am also frustrated to get calls many times from this number. Finally I blocked this number.

416-233-0047 just call Surrey, BC at 09:00 AM. Long message stating they were not telemarketers but they message did not state what they were or wanted only gave a number and email address where they could be reached. My vote will go to any political party who deals with these telemarketers by tar and feathers.
