I'm on the Do Not Call list, so this company should not be calling me.

is not legit cause they asked for my son whos a minor then when asked they hung up!!

Received call this morning and my wife answered. A woman asked for me by name. Wife said I was not available, and asked the woman what it was regarding. The woman told her was a customer service survey. Wife said we do not do surveys, and asked her what company the person represented. The woman immediately disconnected her end of the phone without another word said. Looking at the prior comments of people on this site,suspecting the number having been used by RBC callers, maybe I can link it to two other calls from RBC canvassers this week alone. One was Nov 9, 2011 an RBC caller wanting to provide investment opportunities using the same number and I refused to talk with them; the other was 1-800-769-2510 on Nov 10, 2011. This number actually comes back to RBC. We also received another unknown telemarketer hang-up call from an 205-408-1091 on November 10.

I received a call on 12/08/ 11 @ 6:18pm my wife answered they hung up.

I've gotten 5 calls from this number...twice on December 16th, twice on the 17th and again today (Dec 19th). I answered it once and no one said anything so I hung up. They never leave a message either.

I've been getting calls many times now and I have had enough.I leave my bag stowed away at work and when I check my cell during breaks I am greeted with missed call messages for this exact number.After reading this very informative thread in it's entirety I can't believe how long this has been going on! There are posts here complaining about this since 2007!!So, I'm particularly bored today and I've decided that- yes, I will reply the next time they call me, (which is always sometime between 6pm to 8pm) but when they ask for me by name I will reply with "Hello! This is Laura, You must be calling from Market Probe on behalf of RBC... I believe you want to do a survey?" I'll listen to what they have to say... I won't answer any questions directly, I will be vague and I will insist on completing the survey however, at the end, I will request that they never call me back again. I'll post more info if I get it.

Shouldn't this be covered under the "Do not call registry?"

I got two phone calls from this company today alone. What I don't appreciate is that they keep calling and calling and calling. There should be some sort of limit on how many times a company can keep calling if the phone isn't answered.
