they called my home and I let them know I was not intrested and not to call backthe caller then told me to have a bad day and they are still calling.

Stay as far away from this company as possible!!! They are crooks Canadian Fine Foods will do whatever they can to steal you money and when you complain they threaten your credit :(

Not sure what Billy went through but I have been dealing with Canadian Fine Foods since February and it has been a complete pleasure. The service, quality of food, and professionalism has been excellent. Sorry Billy.

I've got scammed by Canadian Fine Foods and the third party financing company took me to court for non payment. I in turn counter sued CFF - I will expose them as scam artists, have all the prove I need to show that they use misleading and deceptive sales practises....(read "they are a bunch of liers).Their meat ends up costing you, on avarage $30-40 per kg....VERY EXPENSIVE for very avarage quality.The sample pricing listed on their webside is a lie. Please warn everyone you can NOT TO FALL FOR THEIR SCAM.As per two comments below - I've seen them before, this are their sales pp. working for their commision.Typical sales pitch... shame on you!!!!I hope to put them out of business - Ministry of Customer's Affairs is waiting for the result of the small claims court case and if the judge says they violated customer protection laws - there will be penalties to pay. For now I've managed to put them on "Customre Beware" list on gov. web. BBB rating F - worst. 22 complains so far in last 3 years.

I also got scammed by them. I cancelled the order 3 days after the salesrep came to my house. They refuse to return my money. Their third party finance company agrees that I have met all the conditions for cancellation. CFF attempted to take more money out of my bank by attaching my bank information to someone else's account. The owner of CFF also threatened to sue me, and told me that they did not recieve any fax from me despite the fact that I have proof they did. He told me that under no circumstances will he return my money. I called everday for 20 days asking where my money was and no one called me back. I agree they are crooks. I will also be suing them, and have filed complaints with the BBB and the Provincial Consumer Affairs Office. They have copies of everything. They need to be shut down and the owner needs to be prosecuted.

I have had this number call me so many times,the company is called Canadian Fine Foods, so i did some investigating....They have changed their name to. Grocery Group, so if this company calls, it's really Canadian Fine Foods!!!! Don't be fooled again. Also, through my research i found out, their sister company is Beef Eaters Foods, formerly, Shopco Foods. All of these companies are SCAMS.

The Grocery Group has not been in business since 1978 as their website suggests. They are formerly known as Canadian Fine Foods, and they have started in 2009. If anyone considers joining the Grocery Group, check the weights of the meat upon delivery as some customers have found that they have been shorted on weights.
