I got notice they where taking out my first payment for grocerys this week, i have not received my grocery or heard nothing so i investigated, and am reading this for the first time.Grocery Group no phone etc, I have spoke to Capital Group to stop payment they say it is to late, so i called my bank to stop payment, and faxed a cancel order to Capital i am still waiting for the call, Dont know what happened?????????

I was told 4 or 5 days before my order was supposed to ship that there was "a delay up there somewhere, but my order was on it's way". This was from a new voice in the "dispatch department" however she didn't know who the order was shipped with. lol What a crock! At least if you're going to lye to your customers get everyone on the same page!!I don't expect to ever see my groceries. I did cancel my payments though, got a call right away from the GG as well as Provider Capital (who said the had just got off the phone with GG and my order was on its way). From the way that played out it really sounded like the two companies were calling from the same place.

That last time the order was supposed to be here the 22nd or 23rd. The order that was supposed to ship on the 11th never did go out. There was yet another issue with the shipping company.
