I got a call on my cell tonight and also called back to be told that the number is not in service.

I got this number too and it was my BF calling me from a payphone, with a calling card. It's a 416 area code card...but he was calling from Repentigny Canada...WEIRD..I am thinking that maybe it's the number of the calling card and because it was made in Toronto, thats why the 416 shows up....
I got a call from this number on December 6th around 3pm. Sounded like someone I know but didn't leave a name, however he did say "Hey Justy" at the beginning. Curious to find out why any of my friends would call me on a calling card. If you're reading this: CALL BACK!
from what i understand it is a calling card from toronto but its a scammer and you should not awnser it
