It is from a calling card, and they route their calls through a computer, so that the number that shows will be the number they call on the calling card, that is all
Yeah, for sure it is a scammer! Or your child trying to call you after it was kidnapped... It's a Bell Calling card and anyone can purchase one and make long distance calls from it, so assuming it's a scammer right away is a silly assumption...

I got called 3 x in five minutes from this number about 30 min ago. Each time I picked up the line disconnected or the caller hung up. Weird. The caller ID said International Call so I though it was my friend calling from Costa Rica otherwise I wouldn't have picked up. Hmm.
Please be aware. I have a man calling me from this number for solicitation purposes. I am concerned for the young people. Obviously in my mind, calling cards, if what I have read so far is what this number represents is a huge pit fall in allowing potentially unjust persons freedom to harass and never be found out about.
I got a message from this number. The woman said her name was Lori and that she read a manuscript I wrote 3 years ago (which I have no idea what she's talking about - I didn't write anything!)... WTF?! She didn't say she was with a company or anything...
