Just received the weirdest call from this number. i was out for the weekend and i had 8 missed calls. then finally i got to answer the 416# and some guy by the name of : Desmond, asked for me. I didnt reconize him, so he told me he is from an Island, and he needs finding someone by the name of Penny. too freaky...
got a another call this morning from this number around 8:40a.m. when I answered they hung up. Why would they be spending their calling card minutes on us? its a crazy sounding voice. She/he left an VM on my cell a few weeks ago calling me a [***]...wth?
This number is a long distance discount calling number. Many people subscribe to it to save money on long distance. Anyone you know could have used it to call you but their phone number does not show on your phone, only this discount service number shows.

This is the number which shows up when you make a call from the student residences at the University of Ottawa. Their telephone service is provided by Rogers, so I presume the number belongs to Rogers.

Actually, I just realized that my daughter is using a Bell calling card when she calls from Ottawa, so it is not the U. of Ottawa residence no. but a Bell calling card no. Disregard my previous post.
Got a call from this number saying I had won $3 million. They just needed $1500 for processing, and wanted it wired to them. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! They gave a different callback number, (438) 322-3904. Different place in Canada.
