Its from a payphone in a Drug Rehab Clinic. I have a friend who called me from this number and thats where he's at.
instead of using a calling card, dial 1010229 before you dial the number. only 2 cents per minute and no calling cards. your regular number that you are dialing from displays just like normal so people know its you that's calling.i've been using it for years to call anywhere in North America.Doesn't work overseas however.
