Get calls all the time, have never picked up as I don't know the number. As I work marketing for profressional services I have some idea of privacy policy since the laws took effect. From the information I've seen, after a year, are you not able to sue?

This jerk has called every night for the last four nights. Can they be charged? Or is there any way I can get his home phone number give him a call a day until he stops.

I've been receiving calls from 416-630-2172 (Newspaper Call Centre) for over a week now & atleast 3 times per day. Atleast 1 of these calls is after 9 pm every night. When I answer there is nobody there & it hangs up. I'm registered with the National Do Not Call Registry & am keeping track of when they call. I've filed a complaint with them & encourage everyone to register & do the same. If they find that this company has been in violation (which they are), they will be fined! Take that annoying telemarketers!!!

I also receive dozens of calls from this number but never pick up and a message is never left. Now that I know it is a call centre, I will call them and asked to be removed from their calling list. I hope it works and is a permanent solution.
