I called the suggested # here - the CSR was very polite and removed me from the list - I am a former Toronto Star delivery subscriber, that is how they had my number. BE NICE. These people are only trying to make a living.

They called and I believe I am on the do-not-cal list. They did not leave a message.

I keep getting unwanted calls from 1 416 630 2172. It`s really bothering me a lot.

August the 8th, at 9am i was trying to catch up on much needed sleep,the guy was trying to sell me the Toronto Star. zzzz.I said "no thanks, go away and stop bugging me."they had tried 2 previous times to get me but I wasn't arouund to pick up and they didn't leave voice mail.I received a weird call fro NCC INC around 3pm today, but all he said was "have a nice day".I get very mean and nasty to telemarketers. I'm supposed to be on the DO NOT CALL LIST but it doesn't help much.

Debbie, you are absolutely lame.Read up on your laws.. as it was stated earlier in the thread, IF ANYONE HAS HAD BUSINESS DEALINGS WITH THE COMPANY IN THE PAST THEY ARE ABLE TO CONTACT. As well as charitable organizations, political parties, and market research surveys.The fact that you seem to be on a crusade about this, is truly pitiful, as are the people who are replying to your ad as if you are special. If you don't want calls, dont do business with any company. Have your number unlisted for random calls.As a person who has had to work in a call center for many years, do you think we ENJOY calling people to pressure sell them? do hour long surveys? any of this stuff? give your heads a shake everyone.What would happen if you all lost your job tomorrow.... only job you could get fast enough was telemarketing, and you had rent to pay, food on your table, bills to pay, clothes to buy. Do you think you'd hesitate for a moment to take anything that is needed to provide these?I want you all to think about that the next time you are rude to someone who calls you. There is no need to be rude to them because they hate calling as much as you hate getting the call. Just say, "No thank you I am not interested, and please remove my number for your calling list immediately, thank you and have a good day" and hang up the phone.Once that is stated, by LAW the company has to remove you. So therefore, simply do that.. it will make your day less negative, and the caller's day less negative.Everyone needs to realize that we are human beings on the other end of the phone, not robots, not machines of any kind. We are flesh and blood and have real feelings and just doing what we can to get by in our life like so many others. We're not on welfare, or abusing the system.. we are hard working and having to deal with people like yourselves to pay our rent, is the most horrible thing in the world.Think about this people... be kind to each other.

Please publish the address for us all to use to backwards har-[***] them (Vince) + Crim.Code ??? I just was called 9 times last Friday from a # with call display as Bell Canada. They had called before, maybe 2-3 x a day, but this last barrage was weird - the time between each new call from the last kept getting shorter until the last calls were only 4-5 min. apart ! I would think if the Criminal Code considered this illegal that the last company to be violating this would be Ma Bell !?!?!?

This company calls all day long about 4 times a day everytime I answer the phone they dont say anything and hang up the phone!!!!

Notify the newspaper (e.g., Star or Sun) directly that the telemarketing company they hired to increase circulation may actually be decreasing it from bad publicity such as this site, word of mouth and so forth.

Rec'd phone call from this number 416-630-2174 with no answer on opposite end. I called 416-630-6658 and spoke with Heather who said she would take my home # off their internal list by end of business day. The owner is Vince Ianni 416-630-1944
