Got 2 calls from these people, its like they dont believe someone could possibly have changed their phone number, now im stuck dealing with his collection agencies AHHHH!

Call the Ministry of Consumers and Business Affairs and Collection Agency at 416-326-8555. Give them the number that is calling you, this ministry will have your number removed from their list after a brief investigation. Hope this helps!

This number keeps calling our house at 7am. It's like clockwork and it just wont stop. We have called it back but nobody every picks up.

These people are real jerks .. I owe a $300 bill to fido and they gave it to this collection agency and this lady started threatening me and was very sarcastic. I am not denying that I dont owe Fido they dont need to insult me for that I am ready to pay .. I think I will not just because they are such [***].

Someone called me from this number at 7:30 am. If I am not mistaken, it is not ethical (maybe illegal?) for them, if they are a collection agency to call this early in the morning. I seem to remember reading somewhere that they cannot call until 8:30am. Maybe they are calling out of their timezone. Yea, maybe I do owe Rogers (ugh) some money but I'm not working and on OW.

Same folks keep calling about Rogers...they say we over 3500...lol...we do owe them some but it's 740 and we simply refuse to pay for services not rendered...CBV calls continually for a while, I tell them to take it to court...it goes away...they start calling again...I laugh, tell them to read their notes and call me later...i think it bugs the [***] out of them that they can't intimidate me...also I am calling the Ministry as they have broken 4 of the Acts that govern their business...1. They call before 800am...can't do that.2. they call on my cell...they can't do that...they cannot cause you any expenses in their attempts to collect. If they want to settle, they will demand you go to western union and make the payment...note, this costs you money and they can't cause you to spend money.3. they can't call more than 3 times per week and the hours are specific...4. can't call you on a sunday.Funniest of all...they called me this morning from 416-673-1299 and again I laughed at them...they called right back and some "turd" called me a "piece of [***]"...kinda funny...so I saved the message and did the old *69 and there you have it...

Have been getting calls from this number for weeks now. I have answered and told them that while this is the contact number my mother gave Rogers (whom she owes some money), I am not her and I owe them nothing. The calls are costing me long distance plus the normal airtime rate, which becomes VERY expensive. I told them to remove me from their list because not only are they costing me money but I also do not owe them or who they represent a single cent.They still call. I am still paying for this crap.As others have posted, the agents are also somewhat or even incredibly rude. My mother has been verbally harassed by them in the past and they have displayed the same amount of rudeness to me (and I don't even owe them a thing)

i am only 15.. and i keep recieving these phone calls from this number..they call once in the morning, WHILE IM AT SCHOOL, and during lunch period.. and after school, and before i go to bed.I am sick and tired of getting calls from this number, I owe nothing to my phone company.I just asked my parents.Who ever keeps calling me is getting pathetic

i keep receiving calls from this number as wellonce i got six calls in one dayi picked it up once and they were for asking someone i did not even knowi told the lady that i did not know the person they were asking foryet they continue to callafter that i have stopped answering their calls

These jerks call at LEAST 8 times a day. My husband and I both work during the day, and of course they don't leave messages. This is getting ridiculous! Yesterday alone they called 6 times. Yes, I understand that we owe money, but 8 times a day? A little excessive.
