Nathan, you do realize that companies doing surveys are exempt from these don't cal rules.
I am very annoyed about receiving calls repeatedly from this number. Tennessee.I answered yesterday unwillingly and the woman said they were doing a survey ofradio stations I listen to in Vancouver!! What the heck are they playing at.Tennessee why are you interested in Vancouver radio stations. I put the phone down.Take me off your list!
I too live in Vancouver and have had many calls from this number so decided to use Google to find out more and came across this site. I don't think the DNC list applies to Canada if the call is made from outside the country, but now I know not to answer. Thanks!

This number has been calling me nightly for weeks. Nobody there. I am in Canada and on our country's Do Not Call List. If anybody is in Chatanooga and reading this, please take a short drive over to there offices and throw a brick through their window from me. Thank you.
Got a call today from this number and the Caller ID read Wilkins Research. Didn't answer and no message left. If I don't recognize the caller and/or number I don't answer
Received a call this evening at 8:00 PM CA time from this alleged survey company Wilkins Research in TN. I do not give any information to people I do not know. I know survey companies are exempt from the DNC list but they seem to continue to call at all hours even though you ask to be taken off their list. I suspect the person who is calling is some individual who is at home since It would have to be at least 11:00 PM from the person calling if they live in TN. I note that some parts of TN are in the eastern time zone.
