this number calls on my tracfone at least 3 to 4 times a day. I even texted a message to them but they still keep calling my number.
The problem is that this company calls people who have the same first initial and last name. They just assume they are reaching the correct person. It is now automated so that you can tell them that they have the wrong number, but they still call you even after you have let them know that they have the wrong number. They need to stop. They even asked someone in our family if we could give them the correct number. We can't do that, because we don't even know the person that they were trying to reach.
been getting calls from them for 9 months ... can never get through to them ... did research and found a toll-free number that leads to a cust service rep. after explaining the situation, they took all my numbers down and will remove them from their system. i spoke with pamela gwynn at 1-866-532-0680
Talk about cockroaches. They keep calling about a debt that I paid off with another agency two years ago. I have a letter stating that it is paid in full. Yet they keep calling.
I've been receiving calls from this number at random times for the last two weeks. They either hang up after two rings or don't respond after I answer. Any idea what this company is actually about?
About 10 days ago I suddenly started receiving voice mails on my cell phone,(I do not answer numbers that I do not recognize). The caller claims to be looking for a 'named' person of the opposite sex who supposedly owes a debt.(This is a relatively new cell phone number and I have NO back debts.) The voice goes on to say that if I am not that person to hang up or disconnect, which I did the first 6 or 7 times this message was left. Finally, I listened to the whole message which states that only the 'named' person should listen and by continuing to listen I acknowledge being same 'named' person. From my point of view, this message is one of the most illegal things I have ever heard since the message is consistently being left on my voice mail.Anyway, the return number given for ER Solutions is 877-341-0006.
I get phone calls from different numbers from all over the states but it always sounds like the same guy and he's calling for someone (I'm assuming they had this phone number before me) who is not myself. If I don't answer, they leave the EXACT same message no matter what number they call from. Finally I got so fed up with the calls that I called my local police and they walked me through the steps to set up a phone trap with my telephone service provider for harassment calls. The police WILL get involved if the person they are looking for is not you. They can't harass you for something you do not owe them and even if you do owe, they still can't harass you 24/7 and especially not at your place of business. How the hell do they think they're gonna get any money if they cost you your job? Bunch of idiots. But yes, the police can, will and do get involved. I live in Chicago by the way so if you don't believe me, call the CPD, I'll even provide you with the number (312) 746-8605.
