Well, my hubby had bills from Group Health Hospital in Renton, WA ... we were paying GH regularly, $50 a month, as we worked out a payment plan, we missed ONE month because hubby lost his job, and they sent us to Collections with this F**king ER Solutions .... I resumed payments as soon as possible, but paid the Hospital DIRECTLY, they never took us out of collections for that one $50 payment and they started calling 6 - 10 times a day, I finally put them on Call Blocking for 90 days .. let's see how they like this crap. Oh and by the way ... The hospital says we are paid in full and has asked that ER Solutions stop contacting us, but they havent .. Sounds like a Lawsuit is in order.

Call is for some unknown person using an automated system and ignore my response to their system prompt that they are calling the wrong number

(425) 562-3215 - this number keeps calling and hanging up before I can answer it, when you do answer in time they hang up...WTF!?

They have called every other day for about 2 months. I have never answered and they never leave a message. After reading some responses I thought I might have been a victim of identity theft since I have no known debts in collection, but a credit report shows no suprise accounts, or anything in collection. I called the 800 number from their website and got an answer machine (during regular business hours no less). I am planning on answering when they call again to see if I can get to the bottom of this.

This is the 3rd time that these [***] have called my cell. I didn't answer it and the did leave a message. I wish that they would leave me alone. The next time they call Im going to tell them off.

If you have VERIZON Cell phone, you can block their number for up to 90 days, then just renew it .. thats what we did. They can't call us at all. Oh and they are trying to collect on my husbands bad bill from over 20 years ago in North Carolina.

this was a computer generated call so in order for it to not go to my voicemail, i answer and then hanged up....

These people called my cell at 9:36 this morning because i don't take calls from people I don't know. And I don't know anybody in Washington.
