I have gotten many phone calls from this phone number. I will not dare answer them, nor will I talk with them at all to verify my straw-man to this ridiculous company. What I'm hoping is that these people will break the law, which they already have with me, and then I will take them to small claims court in my local area. I'll make sure that the judge knows that the City will get their frivolously crafted tax money from me via this ER Solutions FDCPA Lawsuit. The judge will be thrilled and will help me sue them actually. See? Wanna mess with me ER? Bring'it. I'll be paid and you'll be stayed. Peace.

Just filed a report regarding the above mentioned number with the FCC.

That is ridiculous!! The police would not bother to get involved in such as someone getting repeated calls from a debt collector. Either get your facts straight, or get a better story!!

I do not if they stop in the pass, but they star to call again now ... what they are looking for ... is any way to block those guys?

This number has been calling in exactly 8AM or sometime exactly 9AM without leaving any message, and it's hung up right away if the call is picked up.

For the past 2 weeks I have been getting a call from 425-562-3215. They call at least 2 times per day and never leave a message. For over a month or more prior to this I was gettng calls 2-3 times per day from a number that said unknown caller. I answerd that once but no one was there. I am wondering if there is some connection.

these ppl are steady calling my phone about some loan I dont evev know what they are talking bout.Talking bout taking me to court,regarnishing my work pay and coming to my job..

I have been getting calls from this # for the last month. I answer and they just want my SS# to "confirm" that I am the person they are looking for. Thats not gonna happen.. I was in debt years ago and went to a consolidation agency to get me out of it. with the arraingment I made it took me 3 years to get rid of ALL my debt. I just bought my first house and I dont think the Mortgage company would have given me a loan if I were in collections. It is possible they are looking for another john d but they wont give me any info unless I give them my SS#. Ask them to mail you something instead this way you might learn where they are located. Just an idea. Good luck all..
