This is from a debt collector.. I do owe the bill.. he was very polite.sending off my $35.80 now

Legit my stinking orcice. Insider is full of what he is shoveling. I have been called several times, caller claiming to have spoken to my attny. and hinting that my attny. has asked me to call them back. Yes i I have an attny. (no he has not called them, they recieved a letter laying out the legalities of pursuing this debt)I have filed bankruptcy due to medical debt (the only debt in the bankruptcy). I have three members of my family with chronic health conditions and can't get insurance on them. I can prove tha the debt the are trying to collect has been paid to the doctor (cancelled checks) but they don't want to send any info to me. My address has been the same for nearly 20 years so don't claim last known address crap. The proof is in the form of cancelled checks that contains banking info on them, since insiders integrity is so strong (sarcasm for the mentally weak i.e. insider) that info remains in my hands. Here is what I owe insider and his/her friends at west coast collections sarcasm, rude responses to your question, laughter at your responses, hostility and the joy of ignoring you calls thanks to caller id. I would like to thank insider and west coast collections for the regular reminders that no matter how much life may suck at the time I am not a collection agent and I am not stuck with my only marketable skill as being an [***]. I may owe some money but that can be paid you, on the other hand will be a collection agent I would rather clean outhouses, at least that crap washes off.

Yeah great group WCA, they call me and then threaten to go legal with garnishment then HANG UP on me. What is that all about. How professional is that. they claim I'm refusing to pay, putting words in my mouth, then hangup on me... I'm pissed. I don't want trouble so I'll pay. I hate nothing but disdian for West Coast Adjusters and may never pay them!

Are debt collectors suppose to call you and hold your hand? Seems most of you are sensitive and the only reason you come on here is to gripe about bills you're refusing to pay or trying to a avoid entirely via Bankruptcy.Seems the legitimate people who pay their debts don't post on here. This is the sess pool of common ignorance and the entire downfall of the economy.When you're done typing on here about how much life sucks, figure out how much time you just wasted. Tomorrow, when you want to complain again, spend that time looking for a job.But you must somehow already have one, since you are using a computer that has internet. If you are at the library, I congratulate you for taking the initiative of traveling to a public place and publicly announcing you owe debt and refuse to pay.I recoil at that thought of being a debt collector myself. I do give them props for making the smarter choice between an office job with air conditioning or cleaning outhouses for minimum wage.-

I have a message from them, but I thought I'd check up on the internet before responding.Conveniently enough I work and live only a few blocks from their address...so I think I'll stop by to see if they actually have an office or if they just use the address for mail. I prefer a face to face.

These asshats harass me and threw loose paperwork in my driveway trying to serve my father-in-law that I haven't talked to in years. Hope they don't mark it down as papers served because they flew away in the wind

Maybe your calling all the numbers listed for who your looking for... their ex's their daughters their in-laws and their extended and dead relatives .... harassment period

IF YOU WOULD DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BLINDLY CALLING PEOPLE, THEN YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY REACH THE INTENDED PERSON. YOU TALK ABOUT SPEAKING CIVILIZED, BUT WHAT ABOUT WHEN YOU ARE TOLD NOT TO CALL MY EMPLOYMENT AND YET YOU PERSIST AND DISCLOSE PERSONNAL INFO TO MY OFFICE STAFF. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND COMPLY WITH FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES, YOUR NOT ABOVE THE LAW JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE GOOD AT HIDING BEHIND A PHONE. THESE ARE DIFFICULT TIMES AND BEING TREATED WITH A LITTLE DIGNITY IS NOT TO MUCH TO ASK.
