I have received calls from these people and they are not always as bad as you people say, If a debt collector is treated with respect, then they should, and usually will treat you with respect. But if you answer the phone, knowing it is a debt collection company and star treating them like crap right off the bat, how else do you think they are going to treat you? A cornered dog is going to bite!

I can't believe some of the things that one person was saying...taking your "fat" kid to the doctor, calling people idiots? I am getting calls from this place all the time. I probably do owe money and now I am terrified to call. I don't have extra money to give in the first place and what am I supposed to tell you? What am I supposed to do? Am I going to get attacked like this person that was writing on here? You people don't know my life and the struggles I have, nor is it any of your business. By the way...I do work, full time and do what I can about paying my bills and taking care of my family.

I keep getting phone calls from this number they leave messages with 800 number call back but they song send me a bill they just want a credit card... And any outstanding medical bill I have is on a lawyer lean waiting for a settlement...he says his name is Owen

they just called our office this morning, and asked to speak with the boss. He was on the phone, so I had them hold. His call went long, so I picked up the line and asked if they wished to keep holding. They then asked for a coworker. It seemed odd, but I assumed they were a customer who had dealings with both. The coworker justifiably exploded on the phone (calls are about an ex spouse's medical bills). We have no idea how or where they got the boss' first and last name. Coworker has told them on numerous occasions to quit calling here and that the bills are the responsibility of the ex spouse. They call daily.

legit my [***]! you keep saying that yet look at all the complaints, the stories about how rude you people are, how you DON'T listen or check out the numbers you call - how many of your alleged collections were paid before they even COULD have gone to collection. Hey, everybody, Let's get these guys investigated for hacking medical institutions and stealing billing info!

Alex called me asking for the number for payroll in order to garnish a person's wages. Since I work for the DoD I was able to get them the address to Cleveland OH which they can find on line them selves in order to garnish a person's wages.
