We get repeated robo-calls, even when we answer the phone in person. I tried to call back once, but the line just rang. All our medical bills are up to date; we have great insurance; we have a medical savings account; we have ongoing relationships with a number of doctors.As a rule, if we pick up the phone, and a recording starts, we hang up. There are too many marketers out there to take the time to listen unless there is a real person on the other end.Who is this Robert Fletcher anyway? When I thy to find out about him, all I get is hits from the Attorney General of Florida charging him with a literary phone scam.Whaddup?

I am the 'insider' from above. I changed companies and West Coast is still a decent collection agency. Just depends on who you deal with. The company is very PRO client and debtor relationship. But when you throw sharks looking for money into a chum pool, expect some of them to like the taste of blood money.If you have a problem and they won't fix it, defend yourself.

I get a call from this number several times a day, this morning it was " Michael " asking me to call him back at 425-771-7229 ext. 228. Too bad I dont have THEIR home phone number I would show them what its like to be harrassed!!!!!!!

They keep calling and *never* leave a message. Nor do I have any bills despite the fact *all* of my medical providers have my current mailing info (and to the best of my knowledge all should be paid).
