East Asian dude, thought I knew nothing about my computer... Had me try and run a bunch of crap from the command line. But the commands didn't work because I have a Linux Desktop... Ha!

Simply told her that I do'nt have any computer and...miracle.... she hung up!

Tried that one today. They now claim to also be the technical support for 'Macintosh'.

Was phoned yet again from this number. Trying to claim they are from Windows and that i have a computer problem. They tried to get me to let them into my computer. I have had so many calls. I have now blocked them ...told him off last time... and really told him off yesterday morning when he called at 7:30 in the morning. He didn't like what i said and told me i was very bad...lol...

These "Microsoft" bastages woke me at FIVE FOURTY FIVE this morning. i don't mind these people so much, they're PURE CROOKS. So I screw with them every time they call. I act very stupid and speak very loudly. I act confused. Then I act as if suddenly I understand the reason for the call, ask them to "hold on while i get my credit card" OR "hold on while i turn on my computer" and then i sit the phone down on speaker and listen to them waste their time waiting for my return. I've had about half a dozen phone parties with these freaks... who by the way are from India and know full well they are making criminal calls.

Have had more than one call from this number. Have call display, so now I just don't answer.@Danny---how did you block the number from the handset??

an asian called me and started talking about windows (as i have only apple products) i told him i do not own windows. hes said in a hilrious asian accent Ohhhhhh Noooooooooooooo and hung up

Called Microsoft, they are aware of this scam and trying to catch the colprit

I got a phone call from this company today. They claimed to me with Microsoft and said she had all my personal information and that there had been a security problem with my computer that she was calling to fix. I asked her to prove to me who she was since she was calling from a blocked number. She again explained the same thing. I again asked for her to prove she either had my info or who she was. She went on and on about why she was calling and I again stopped her and asked for her to prove to me who she was and that she actually had my information because our computer is working JUST fine. She then hung up on me. About 4 hours later I recieved another call from the same number but by the time I got to the phone they had hung up. TOTAL SCAM!!
