They keep calling me stating they are from Windows Microsoft IT Support, with a company name of 123isupport. They claim to want to give me a refund (to a service I never paid). However, they need to access my computer while I fill out an on-line form. I have checked the number and it is the same one: 425-668-9652. They are very insitant, and won't take no for an answer. I have humored them in the past and when it comes time for them to "Refund" my money, they end up trying to charge money from my credit cards, or through Western Union. Therefore, the credit card company sends out fraud alerts. Because of these guys, I now have LifeLock credit protection services, and have canceled 3 credit cards. Plus I have removed any malicious software, and use Norton Anti-Virus daily. When they call I shut my computer off unplug the internet and don't let them have access. No matter how many times they say, "Trust Me". I have also filed complaints through The Federal Trade Commission. The scammers have called back claiming to be from the Federal Trade Commission, and now they want to refund the money, so they must have seen my google searches. So don't do any business with them as they won't leave you alone. Are there any tips to get them to stop calling me? They call at least once a day! And will call back again and again if I just hang up. My phone company wants to charge $6.00/month for Call Rejection Services. I don't want to pay anything to anybody any more. This whole thing has been such a hassle.

I just received a call from this numberthey asked for me by name but since this was an oit of country call I said I was not at home and hung up

That has absolutely nothing to do with this issue. Maybe you have some personal vendetta against one of those companies, but it is just blatant ignorance with regards to this issue.

We've been receiving two-three phone calls from this number just about every other day. Since we don't recognize the number, we don't ever answer. I'm getting pretty tired of these calls.

I have been receiving calls from this number and I do not answer the phone but they called 6 times on 10.30.13. How do we get them to stop???

Call from man from India saying his name was Charlie. I told him they had called before and I wasn't interested. When I hung up he was going "maam,maam". They call over and over. So tired of it.

Said he was from Cricket....Got very ignorant!! Saying he was going to F me F my daughter and my mother!! Said my computer was at risk...called the # back but no longer in service.

Almost forgot to mention, he said he was with "Microsoft".

same deal. foreign person called and acted like she was reading from a card. told me she was from windows and wanted me to type something into my computer and that she had my windows account number. my computer was going to crash because I was infected. I kept refusing to type in anything and asked her to give me her number to call her back. she gave me a call center number that was another foreign person and sounded like a party in the background. she admitted that they were not from Microsoft but they were an independent company affiliated with windows. every time I would refuse to log into the computer she would continue reading from the card asking me to type something in. I told her to call me back in 10 minutes so I could check this out and she didn't call me back. its hard to run a scam when I cant understand a word you say and you keep calling me sir..

Yelling in the background. Not totally dedicated to the scam. Told me I had a laptop, told him I don't need one with a Smartphone. Line went dead.
