For those of us that have auto-reject on our numbers for "restricted" or "unknown" that tells the calling party they been rejected do to their number not showing up or whatever reason ... as a fallout these scammers, criminals or collection companies which are no different than the latter of the two will put in a B.S. number such as this to get you to pick up. Now due to their unforeseen stupidity they like to use "0" and we all know that there is no three or four digit number that uses "0"'s in a row.As a warning never pick up when you see zero's in a row
