I have a jail broken iPhone that I blacklisted them on. Their call will never make it through again.

I just got the same call---if they are the bank why would they need my card number I said and then the woman got a supervisor who again had the nerve to ask me to provide my card number and I said no and the call abruptly went dead. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION OUT AND IF YOU DO CALL YOUR BANK TO REPORT FRAUD ASAP.

Keeps calling and no one is there.

Seems like the "Do Not Call Registry" doesn't work anymore.Got a call from 440 617 5620 talking about credit card interest stuff ... Just another 'physing' attempt, trying to get info out of me.I really wish the Government would crack down HARD on thesecrooks who prey on naive people.Just another SCAM !!!!!

Hi Dale: FYI The Do not Call list is only good for 3 years. You may want to put your name on it again if it has been while. With regards to the call - Funny thing - I just got done watching Identify Fraud last night, so when I today saw the 440- area code come up on my cell phone, I remember that it was the same area code used in Identify Fraud! Sure enough, when I picked up the call, it was a voice automatic talking about my credit card. Needless to say, I hung up on them! ha!

Weber FYI, a few years back the FTC changed the DNC and made the list permanent. Therefore, no one needs to reregister unless your phone number changes or you add a new additional phone number.

Is somebody looking into this? What good is the DO NOT CALL list?
