Yep... Ohio pops up on cell. Refused call. No message left. I too am on "National Do Not Call Registry" ...Hmmm sometimes I wonder about this "registry". Its supposed to be legit but never have I ever seen or heard of any results or benefit from registering. Strange. If it were so effective... don't you believe some of these agencies and scammers would be caught by now?

just got a call also at 6/3/13...11;40 am.....same message when I tried to call them back!!!
regarding lowering interest rates on credit card debt - would not answer me when I asked the question who is Bartlett Inc. - they hung up on me - this is a scam - they also refuse to take my number out of the data base so I do not receive any more calls from this number.
I received 2 calls from this number today within an hour of each call. The caller did not leave a message nor did I call them back. I tried to add their number to my phone company's block list but AT&T's system said I could not do it. I did go to Do Not Call.gov and filed a complaint against their number since I am and have been on the Do Not Call list.
This number called my cell phone while I was at work. From what I've found it's a credit-card scam.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
