They sure are persistent. It IS Healthways on behalf of BC/BS, but they're extremely annoying - they call literally every 3 days. (Whoever said that they charge you for unanswered calls is misinformed, however - they've been calling me since October and I have never picked up even once. I have no extra charges that I shouldn't.)Probably a useful service, but just based on the fact that they won't leave me alone when requested, I won't ever use it.

What kind of buiness is to call a client and then hang up? Then you call back and they hang up. Your an idiot or you work for the company. You should get a life and balls! Insulting some one who got to the bottom of an issue that is a nuisance is so low.

Same here. I also do not have BC/BS, and my phone number is on the federal do not call list!

I get a call from this number every time I rent a car. Never leaves a message, and I never answer.

If these people represent my health plan, you would think they could leave a message! If I answer it, they hang up. Day in and day out! Well they can call, and call, and CALL! I have blocked them thru my VOIP provider's web interface. I'm baffled as to why I'm getting a call from this number, which appears to be a company soliciting enrollment in an education program from BC/BS. I'm baffled because I don't have BC/BS. Now that I know what it is, I will probably answer and sort it all out. I just never answer unknown numbers and I don't appreciate people who don't leave messages identifying themselves either.

For at least the past 30+ days, I have received so many calls from an autodialer that it is disrupting my phone service to/from my other callers. I suspect that there is an association with Healthways.com/Blue Cross/BlueShield. I tried without success to opt-out of any communications with Healthways.com but there is no way to find that on their site and I do not want to register. I have now officially complained to Blue Cross to stop this harassment as there is no one at the other end when I answer the phone.

I get someone stole my information on 859-283-8071 on it few day.But........I get other call to-day ( 443-430-7201 your healthplan),she told the health care plan from Oxford ,( I receiver the letter from Oxford before to told about the plan) ,I said ok ,but she told she don't have any information at her company,I told her you should have my information, I get a scam call on it few day to stole my information ,I don't want to give any information on the phone ,And she just told , I can call back any to join the extra plan with no extra fee .I not really sure it is scam call or not ,but I learn it ,don't give any information at the phone anymore !!
